Role: Production Support (L1 support lead)
Worked with a team which maintained the widespread application GDS (Global Derivatives System) for a reputed Investment banking firm, UBS in London.
Work Included Client Support, Customer task management, handling routine queries from the traders, Interaction and Task Management with the Upstream and Downstream systems, Co-ordination with the Exchanges, Bug-Fixes and Enhancements
